NIN Gives Us The Slip

Trent Reznor and company continue to kick out the jams. Today sees the release of yet another Nine Inch Nails full-length album, The Slip. This record is being given away completely free. Trent says, “thank you for your continued and loyal support over the years - this one’s on me.”
Much like Ghosts I-IV, The Slip is available in a number of high-quality digital formats, including MP3 V0, FLAC, Apple Lossless and an insane 24-bit/96kHz WAV. Try doing that on CD! Physical CD and vinyl formats will follow for purchase in July. Last, but not least, the entire album has been released under a Creative Commons license that allows for non-commercial sharing and use of the material including remixes. To that end, Trent has also posted the first multi-track file off the album over at remix.nin.com.
We’ve just grabbed our copy and are halfway through our first listen. So far, we’re loving it!
