My hands-down favorite from CMJ. I’ve been listening to a handful of their beautiful, hazy songs for the past couple of weeks and had the chance to see them at the Ghostly showcase last Saturday night and they didn’t disappoint. I’m sure I’d bash my head every 10 seconds in this thing, but it’s awesome nonetheless. This also reminds of a much more extreme version of the beautiful interior of Oulu in Williamsburg. [via Cool Hunting]

Love Letters From Oslo

This Oslo sub-label was responsible for one of the most recognizable house anthems heard across NYC this summer on immobile boats in Newton Creek, on the shore of the Gowanus Canal and in lofts, bedrooms, and headphones long after we all should have been asleep. I’m talking, of course, about Laverne Radix - Dick Control. Currently on their 4th release, Love Letters From Oslo has yet to disappoint.
